  Beware** really rude people... We were on vacation and excited to try this place. We made reservations we showed up 10 minutes early and tried to check in but the hostess was to busy talking with each other about there plans for the nite - final I asked if we could check in and they acted as if I was bothering them. while we were waiting out side I had an ice tea in my hand and the hostess came out side and said I needed to leave because I had a ice tea in my hand and couldn't come in with it- I told her I would throw it a way before I went in - she got upset and went back inside - finally after 20 minutes past our reservations I went inside to find she skipped us and spoke with someone else and they seated us.... I ignored how rude the hostess was and planned on enjoying dinner. Then the General manger came to our table and told me that the hostess was upset and needed to go home for the nite - it was very awkward and uncomfortable. When I asked him what he meant he said he just wanted to let us know... It really ruined the moody and our server apologized for the behavior of the staff and the "GM" that looked like a kid and acted like one - I really felt bad for the server as he was a nice guy and was frustrated with the other staff. I would never go back... Food was sub par and people are terrible... Except for the server

  We went to this place while on vacation San Diego. The service was fantastic but the food was horrible. One of us had the Penne With Vodka sauce. She didn't eat but a couple of bites. Another in our party had the lasagne, it was terrible and mushy. One had the special and said it was ok. I had the Carbonara. It was probably the best of the bunch but still only ok. I don't recommend it at all.

  To Jay Deal(Lying in your review), They have cameras, so you know. I witnessed everything and spoke to the staff. You were hovering over the host desk with glass of whiskey on the rocks(definitely not a plastic cup of iced tea).You stayed INSIDE, blocked desk preventing guests from being able to check in. Hostess politely stated "outside food and beverages were not allowed in the restaurant as the restaurant can be fined". You interrupted her, got in her personal space behind the counter to throw the glass violently in the paper receptacle, (which shattered the glass)disturbing guests seated nearby. Then you got in her face to say "excuse me" as if she were in your way. She didn't say anything. GM spoke with you and you said it was a misunderstanding and apologized...Funny how the story changes when you can hide behind a screen and type whatever you want.
